“While watching tv, the picture will suffer static/pixel lost for like 10-15 seconds at random times. It will eventually go back to normal colors but it happens random times. Anybody know why its causing this?”

this happens at out house, but not only on the Toshiba but other TV's. I blame it on the input source, rather than the TV. Might check other TV's whenever this happens
