A:Answer I bought an ONN larger tilting type than I needed because the high rated brand was on sale at a HUGE big box retailer, I believe that they are clearancing them to switch store brands, I live in the St. Louis, MO metro area and all the area stores had it in stock on sale for $20 down from $70 so I presume it is available nationwide based on store stock. I found it by using a search engine online, and visited the store before purchasing. It was rated for up to 50" units and the maximum weight load listed for the unit was double the tv's weight. Frankly it was very easy to assemble the unit, and mount the television. The instructions for both items said a minimum of two people, I am 60 YO male in moderate shape and I did everything by myself with no issues.
