QuestionDoes this tv work with the fire tv recast?

- Answer Yes. Since the Fire TV Recast has no user interface itself, you need to use a Fire TV media streamer, an Alexa smart display like the Echo Show or Echo Show 5, or a mobile device with the Fire TV app to control it. Mary II Toshiba Customer Support

QuestionI just got this tv and it's not playing in 4k. I tried going to settings and it's not giving me any option to change the resolution to 4k. Do I need a specific HDMI cable or will my PS4 be able to help me with that?

- Answer Sounds on the Toshiba is okay. Its quality is good and gets plenty loud enough for me. I have this TV in my office and have limited space. If I had it in a larger room, I would recommend spending the extra money on a sound bar.

QuestionI just bought this TV. There is a red light at the bottom thar stays on constantly. Is there a setting to turn off the light so we won't have to see it if the TV is on or off?

- Answer If I knew in advance that a simple power LED indicator light could not be disabled, I would have purchased a different TV. Unacceptable. Please fix through a software update. It’s a feature on other brands and should be standard. Time to break out the electric tape.

- Answer For just one person on one device streaming a standard-definition (SD) show, you need a minimum of 3–10 Mbps. For HD videos in general, 10–18 Mbps is adequate for most streaming purposes. To stream in Ultra HD Video, you'll need 18–25 Mbps.

QuestionPart of my buying decision for this TV was the ability to watch Disney Plus and Hulu. But, every time that I try to access these channels or download the "APP" the TV tells me that App cannot be found. How can I successfully download these apps?

- Answer Apps were already preloaded. hooked up the wifi, signed into my amazon account and all my subscriptions were downloaded.
