The stand footprint is 28 x 9.1 in . It will not fit your stand. The VESA mounting pattern is 200 × 300 – M6 x 25 mm type screws (4 pcs) You can attach a VESA compliant universal TV center stand that fits on your TV stand. David M. - Toshiba Support
