• If you use a phone number for your log in be sure to put a 1 in front. This gave me a fit.

• Are you a prime member? Is the TV connected to the Router? (if you were able to download apps or check for upgrade you are good) Did you check your ID and password on a computer to ensure it is correct? FYI -- I brought this TV a few weeks a go and I was able to connect with no problems Good luck and enjoy the TV
