• Go to home then Settings. Click on Display. Change from Power on to Last input. I have U Verse. Still use Firestick to turn tv on or off but last channel cames on.

• Eric, I can't tell you what menu option I hit while setting up the TV initially, but I can tell you for sure that it can be done. That's how mine fires up now. Last input, last station. Ps I have TiVo over cable.
