• Nope, only regular youtube. I have seen there are ways to sideload it but I haven't tried yet. I wish youtube and google would just get along.

• Maybe? So the youtube app no longer works on these. You have to access youtube via foxfire. So it is possible you could use youtube TV, but it wouldn't be through a direct app.
