Just got the Toshiba Fire TV itself. I had to adjust the calibration settings per input in order to get the desired result. You can start with this link and then adjust to your own personal satisfaction. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/toshiba/amazon-fire-tv-2018/settings
