“Everyone I put the tv on I have to go to settings to get HDM1 to get cable. How can I put on tv and it goes directly to cable. Thanks”

• Try the Power On feature, when enabled, your TV turns on displaying the last used input: go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

• I think it's within settings. You can select on start up to go to "home" or to last input used. Select last input, and if you were watching cable when the TV was turned off, it will go to that input when turned back on.
