QuestionHave the TV for a week. When viewing HULU, Netflix or Prime, picture goes black after a few minutes! Sound keeps going, but no picture. Have to turn off TV, then turn it back on to resume what I was watching, but screen goes black again. Defect/replace?

- Answer I know cox you still have to have a cable box. Some companies have where you can stream their services. I use youtube tv for tv and an antenna for over the air channels

- Answer Unfortunately, the Spectrum TV app is not available for download on this TV. You can connect an Apple TV box to this TV using an HDMI cable.

- Answer The Xfinity app isn’t on the Fire Stick but you can log into different channels like FOX and ABC and so on and just use your log in for your cable to get free access.
