“I got a movie that’s 4K ultra hdr and it won’t play on my PS4 pro which plays 4K. How do I get the hdr mode turned on for this one. I’m very lost and confused?”

• The TV doesn't support HDR. If you can turn HDR off on the PS4 Pro that may resolve your issue.
