Is this a smart TV null

No it runs google cast so you can use your phone to stream Netflix and amazon but there isn't a processor and you can't download apps.

Smart enough to be controlled through your smart phone & WiFi. It is really nice to pull in YouTube and other content to the tv. Is say it is as smart as I'd could ever ask short of turning itself on and telling me what I have to watch.
