• No Chrome Cast is not like Netflix or Hulu, witch are streaming websites. Chrome Cast is a device that allows you to mirror your smart devices screen on to your TV wirelessly via WIFI. You usually pay $30 for chrome Cast dongle, but in this TV is internal. All you do is setup the Chromecast, and if your website supports chrome cast you will be able to display it on the TV.

• No, is not a streaming service but a streaming device. It helps two devices communicate wireless via WIFI.
