• Yes, I bought this TV last night (Feb 4, 2017) and had the option of a 2 or 4 yr warranty when in the checkout line.

• Yes, I think 90 days limited or 1 year. However, I bought 5 year warranty extension because I bought open box item and don't want to hassle with repairs.
