“Has anyone experienced the TV volume being extremely loud, even on low setting. I currently run it at about 5 out of 100 on the volume spectrum. And it is hard to get a volume that is not too loud in the evenings. If so, is their a troubleshoot for this?”

Please try again later.check if TruVolume is active. regardless, mine gets louder and louder each time i switch channels, even if the level on the spectrum remains the same. very annoying at nights when it screams out of a sudden. the more i switch, the louder it gets. so, if i have to jump 5 channels up (or down), the volume sounds like five times louder until i press the volume + or - button. same goes when I pause anything being streamed and then resume playing. i know it is not the remote failing, because the issue occurs even when I use the mobile app or my receiver's remote to control the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found that when the surround sound function was on in the sound settings it cause the volume on mine to go up while changing the channels even if my volume was low to start with. Try turning off that feature
