Yes. As long as the content you are trying to stream is 4k, it will display 4k. Bear in mind, if you plan to watch this TV (or any other 4k 50inch TV) from a distance greater than 6feet, you will not notice the significant difference in 4k vs FHD. Also, while streaming a 4k youtube video, I see buffering sometimes, but we exploit my 25Mbps wifi. If you have a better one, it shouldn't be a problem.
