• Yes it does. I set my time zone and time in the initial setup. You could always restore to factory default and redo the initial setup if you cant find in the menu options

• Do you mean sleep timer? If so, that is on screen under menu--set it up from there. I suggest you click on ec item to see what is listed under that section.
