Take it if of display mode and switch it to home mode.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If this is a new/recent purchase I'd suggest returning it to the store. I purchased the same TV a month or two ago based on it's affordable price and very good review along with very high recommendations. The first one I brought home had problems with the remote control sensor and didn't work consistently. Best Buy replaced the TV and second one has performed flawlessly from day one.
