If I connect the audio from this TV to a sound bar, will muting the TV mute the sound bar? If so, will I need to use the audio jack and/or the digital audio output to do this? Will changing the audio volume on the TV change the volume on the sound bar? null

The TV controls the volume and mute in the headphone jack but not in the digital audio output. I used the headphone jack and a 3.5mm connector to male RCA connectors cable to connect my Bose Solo10 audio system. This works great. My older Bose doesn't have an HDMI input.
