QuestionWhen plugging in our external headset to the headphone jack we lose sound on the tv and the headphones don’t work. Headphones worked before on our other tv. Will have to return this if we can’t get it straightened out. My husband needs the headphones.

QuestionIf I connect the audio from this TV to a sound bar, will muting the TV mute the sound bar? If so, will I need to use the audio jack and/or the digital audio output to do this? Will changing the audio volume on the TV change the volume on the sound bar?

- Answer The TV controls the volume and mute in the headphone jack but not in the digital audio output. I used the headphone jack and a 3.5mm connector to male RCA connectors cable to connect my Bose Solo10 audio system. This works great. My older Bose doesn't have an HDMI input.

QuestionWhen watching a video on the USB port, how do you select which set of captions you want if there are multiple choices (languages)? It seems you can globally turn captions on or off, but if there are multiple language choices, it defaults to the first one.
