Try going into the settings and go to the about section of the system information tab and try to initiate a system update. Your tv may not have the latest firmware installed which would have the latest version of bluetooth.

To pair a Bluetooth device, go Home > Settings > Controllers & Bluetooth Devices.
Or try to connect a wireless adapter to one of the following audio outputs: 3.5 mm or Digital Optical.
