We bought a 55" recently that had the same problem. We returned it. The replacement has been working fine with no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would go back into settings and make sure it is saved. Also try resetting the tv if the first part is checked and correct. You can also reset to factory settings and start over. I know for me I have a WiFi and a WiFi extender. So depending it switches between signals and causes that error. Nothing wrong with tv it is just my WiFi set up.
