Hi, Had same problem. Go to Source (cable company) And select 1080 under tv resolution.Worked for me and what a Difference. 720 was selected on my set up not 1080 Hope this helps

Keep in mind, just because your source says it outputs 1080p, that's not always the case Ie. DirecTV receivers, they output UpTo 1080p but not 100% of the time. Again check your source.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is a 1080p TV. Whatever you are trying to watch, is transmitting in 720p. Try watching something that is 1080p ( DVD, streaming media player, etc.) See product recommendations.
