Some cable companies encrypt their signals that makes you get a small cable box. I know Comcast does in my area. I don't have twc so I don't know if they do. Do you have an old school antenna? I recommend trying that and see what you get. You would be surprised on what is out there just over the air. If you get a small digital box for basic cable it could be about $5 per month and you can get that HD picture you paid for when you bought the tv. Just make sure you use HDMI cable and change the input from coax to HDMI. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You probably have the cable input set to antenna, you need to change that to cable. During setup, the default is set to antenna. I made the same mistake during setup. Change the setting and scan for channels and you should be good to go.
