I just had the same issue and I had to go on chromcast settings, drop the device and it reconnected to the tv and then I was able to select my new wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I Just went into menu and reset tv and it took me through the initial setup again. I had to make sure my phone/table with home was connected to my new WIFI
