Q: QuestionI bought this TV in September and recently it’s been turning it self off and on again. And other times we’ll be watching Netflix and it’ll freeze. Doesn’t seem to be our internet connection though. Help???

• A:Answer The answer is yes and no. With a true smartTV you can access content via the internet directly on the television. With a model that has Chromecast built-in you have to have the app downloaded on another device to access the content.

Q: QuestionI am assuming the built-in Chromecast can stream 4K contents?? I mean Chromecast vs. Chromecast Ultra. No point in having 4k TV, if it can't stream 4K contents.
