Questionwould blue tooth headphones work with this tv? have a wireless set that has to be plugged in to headphone jack but it shuts the tv speaker off. not good if normal and hearing impaired people are watching at the same time

- Answer It shuts it off bc you are connecting to Bluetooth it can only do one function at a time.

QuestionDo you know of a way to stop this TV from going to sleep? I've called Toshiba and they had us restart the TV, but that did not work.

- Answer Hello I would check the settings and see if you can make changes there. I have issues like that with another brand and I had to take the TV back. However before I did that they advised me to plug the TV directly into the wall and see if that helps. Once I did that then the sound stopped working from time to time so I took it back and got another brand

QuestionI have bought the C350 55" LED 4K UHD TV recently and was setting up the TV for the first time. The TV switches on with a blinking red light and a sound that comes after 5-6 clicks but it do not go further. This is happening infinitely.

Questionproblems with remotes connectivity. is this something that is fixable? it seems only the power button wants to work the rest of them is a huge delay or just doesnt work at all

- Answer There is YouTube videos on this. Seems the remote occasionally looses connection to TV. Easy fix. I have had to do it a few times and I have 3 Toshiba TV's.

- Answer Purchase a Surge protector, you really need one anyways incase the electricity ever surges , so that it doesn’t fry your tv. Surge protectors will save your tv if that ever happens. Look at it like a small investment for a more expensive one. Lol but buy one with a longer cord to attach to your tv. this is what I use for all my computers and tvs

- Answer You can connect nearly anything Bluetooth to this tv. What it’s going to depend on is if the equipment you are trying to connect to the tv is compatible. You can run a search on the speaker and it should tell you if you can connect it or just go to your settings and click controllers and Bluetooth devices/ then other Bluetooth devices. If it is compatible it will pull up on your tv. My Alexa speaker has an app that I am able to open and see my tv and click to connect.

- Answer Go to settings / display and sounds/ sound settings / scroll down to advanced settings . Make sure the TruVolume is on. Also you can play around with the setting in sound settings change it from Music to standard to movie clear voice enhanced bass or you can customize it scroll down and click custom and it’ll let you customize it I keep my music because it has the sound

QuestionIs the TV compatible with the Sonos Arc soundbar? As in if I plug into the soundbar through the eArc port, will I get Dolby atmos through my soundbar?

- Answer Yes, it is compatible with the Sonos Arc. You can get Atmos, but you need to go to Settings > Display and Sounds > Audio Output and set Digital Audio Format to "Passthrough". After that, I was able to get the Dolby Atmos icon to show up in the Sonos app when playing Atmos content from Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max.
