A:AnswerI ordered a MacBook. Open Box certified. The highest level. Supposed to look brand new. It was all scuffed up. Looked like the previous owner travelled around the world with this MacBook. In far worse shape than my 3 year old laptop. What a joke. I recommend only doing open box if you are in the store and can look at it before you take it home. It’s a pandemic so I had mine shipped. Huge pain to get it returned and still have not received credit to my card.

A:AnswerWe had 2 bags of screws with our TV’s. We bought 2 of these. One bag had screws that were too big—possibly for attaching to a wall mount. The other bag is the bag with the screws for the legs. Are you able to locate a second bag of screws?
A:AnswerYes, the screws that come with the TV does not have the correct M4 -35mm screws for the wall mount. The screws that come with the TV states that they are M4 but are to short.
A:AnswerYes, you can use a web browser and watch videos or go to sites. I don’t think it’s as nice an interface to use as a computer or phone though. The voice remote makes it easier than some because you can search more easily, but I wouldn’t recommend it as your main tool to browse.
A:AnswerThe stand on this TV is 29" at it's widest so it will work with 3" of table on each side and the TV edge overhanging the table by 7" on each side = 49" Total
A:AnswerI would think that the tv speakers would sound better than computer speakers. I attached a Bose sound bar immediately after I purchased the tv so I don’t have a fair opinion of the tv speakers. I can tell you my wife loves the tv and it sounds awesome. The sound bar I used is a small compact bar made by Bose. It was relatively inexpensive compared to the prices of high end sound bars but it sounds really good. Happy wife happy life!
A:AnswerOn the fire screen go to settings

A:AnswerIt’s Amazon’s version of AppleTv. The Firestick logs in and uses your Amazon account to watch television and movie apps. We have unplugged from cable and only watch our prime video account and Hulu.
A:AnswerTV auto detects available channels for over the air. Number of channels depends on mile range on your antenna. I used an old hd antenna and got 17 channels , bought a new antenna that stated 55 mile range an now get 25 channels . If you have Internet with WiFi download Pluto and Tubi and get 100+ more channels for free plus TV comes with app for free movies and Pluto and Tubi give you free movies. Last night I was looking at comedy movies on Pluto and stopped after 200 or more , all free. Only downfall so far . no TV guide or ability to record . You also need a email address with a credit card for Amazon and Prime to work . I chose not to have a credit card attached to email account and it works fine just no prime support.
