Hi Andrea, Yes, most Toshiba Smart Fire TV has youtube downloaded already, you may need need to check it if its updated and if not you need to update the app. Gem Toshiba Products Please visit our website at www.toshibaproducts.com/usa

You can download it, yes. But only YouTube comes pre loaded. I had to download YouTubeTV but it works perfectly.
