• Return it. Toshiba Amazon TV is a nightmare. I wish i could return mine.

• I have been having the exact same issue but recent update seems to have fixed it for me. Now i cant get the netflix app to open. If you still can i suggest returning the television for another model. I no longer have that luxury.
