“I have Netflix and Amazon Prime video. The best I can get is 1080p when I hit the "info" button on the remote. I've been streaming 4K contents. Has anyone gotten the "info" to display 4K?”

you have to pay for the top level membership of netflix in order to display 4k. I haven't figured out how to access 4k on amazon. I did learn that amazon will not cast from an ipad or iphone, and my chromebook only casts amazon with picture, but no sound.
