Q: QuestionHas anyone had the tv screen stay blank for a while before it comes on? Have the sound but have to wait for the picture.

- A:Answer I was about to say yes until you mentioned the sound.. yes I have experienced the dark screen but I learned that it does that on rest mode. After a while of being on it will do that. Or when you first set it up it seemed the TV was black for a minute til I pressed the center button. The power button doesn’t work as fast as the middle “ok” “enter” button.. but when you mentioned the sound being on but no picture, that worries me a lil bit and if you happened to just buy the TV and didn’t get the protection plan I would maybe consider returning it for another and tell them your problem in trust that there could be a failure in the near future. See if they can give you another and then see if it does the same exact thing cuz if it doesn’t then we now know it was a problem your would be facing worse later on. Mine does not stay black but give sound. That’s not good and hope it’s still new in your possession to maybe take care of this issue.

Q: QuestionHow do you turn the television completely off? When the power button is pressed it goes on sleep mode it doesn't turn off completely. I know because we have LED lights attached to the tv and they are suppose to turn off when the tv goes off. They don't.

Q: QuestionWhen the TV is on, I can see three red dots on te screen. It is on every channel and it shows on any input.

- A:Answer I would suggest you let them know if your just bought the TV. I do not see that on my TV, anywhere at all on any input or channel. Sorry to hear this and hope it works out for you. It’s an awesome Tv I’m sure one in a blue moon isn’t made beautifully so hope they will give you another in exchange. It’s a great Tv, don’t let this veer you away from wanting the same one. When you get a good one it’s mint and just awesome stuff :)

Press the TV's power button, generally situated in the front. 3. Hold the button for a few seconds. 4. Plug it back in and try navigating using the remote.
