QuestionCan you lock any app with a passcode?

- Answer I have a parental lock on my tv. The passcode is required before I’m able to open any app.

QuestionAudio output options? I connected a sound bar via optical, but only get sound bar audio with streaming videos via the Fire TV interface...when I watch over the air TV, no audio from the sound bar...OTA audio comes through the tv speakers fine?

- Answer I had this same issue and realized when using a sound bar you have to go into the TV settings and select the sound bar. The Amazon system will work only with the Amazon system, such as using the sound bar with an Amazon product like the Fire TV, but OTA, the TV has to be set to send all audio signals to the Bar.

- Answer Is your cable box turned on and sending a signal? Can you test it on another TV? Also could be a bad HDMI cable.

- Answer I do not know, as this is not a problem I am familiar with, I do not play games on television . additionally, you should ask the Manufacturer about the remote.

QuestionI started noticing that shaded areas had color issues. Anytime a person has a shadow on their face, it fades to black. I changed shows (Netflix) and instantly noticed every thing had a red tint. I played with color options. Suggestions?

- Answer This TV supports HDR10, you could try to change the HDMI Mode. Switch to the desired HDMI input, press and hold the home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, go to Picture > Advanced Settings > HDMI Mode and select 2. David M. - Toshiba Support

- Answer Screen mirroring is not built into the TV natively, but there are ways to do it. If you have an iPhone you can download an app from the Amazon App Store that will allow you to airplay to the TV (I think I bought an app for like $3 to do this).
