• Hi PD, Make sure that in the picture settings on your Toshiba - 75" Class M550 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV with hands-free Alexa have 2160p (Ultra HD) selected and also look for the HDR settings to be sure it's enabled. • VUDU is already downloaded on tv. Doesnt matter returned TV and bought better TV. Disappointing TV.

• VUDU is unavailable on Fire TV sans sideloading. If you sideload an app that isn't officially supported, you get what you get, and that won't be the full feature set the app has to offer. Not the TV's fault.
