A:AnswerSorry to say no it does not have base control this is a pretty basic little boombox with CD and cassette on it if you're looking for something that would give you more bass control more volume control with a better sound than you might as well spend the money and go with a higher end stereo but if you're low tech I don't care about all that fancy stuff this boombox is just fine for those low tech people but don't expect a whole lot out of it it is just basic basic basic.
