Brand new Boombox with tape playback

The speakers are adequate for its small size (about two soccer balls) and the construction is entirely plastic. If you've got some old music tapes laying around and want a way to enjoy them, this Toshiba will get the job done. ...and super fast shipping, arrived two weeks early!

The controls are easy to manipulate and the sound is good. It has an antenna and a handle and a cord. It is a simple electronic and affordable. I highly recommend it if you are looking for no frills but useful boombox.

Good sound and very convenient to have a cassette player built in as well. Many boomboxes today do not have this feature as cassettes are not used much anymore. But there are lots of people who still have and use their cassettes from their old collections. The cd player and radio works very well. An extra added bonus is the included remote control which works great. One thing I wish it did have would be controls for the bass and treble, but that is not a deal breaker as it sounds pretty good as it is. Would recommend this purchase to others.

I wanted something to take various places away from home and this works great. The sound is good but not great, but that is expected due to the small size and affordable price. It includes a remote control which is convenient.

The sound is very good. It is easy to play CD's and cassettes. It is fun to have the ability play cassettes! The speakers are good for the size and price. It is easy to use in different places. The controls are easy to reach and use quickly. I have only 1 complaint - when a CD is playing it counts down the minutes on the CD. It does not tell you what # song is playing.

He bought this radio to listen to on the deck when he's grilling, doing yard work, or tinkering in the garage. He loves the features and usually listens to the radio but sometimes CDs. Its exactly what he was looking for!

I don't see anything on it to control the bass, etc..and that's OK with me. I think the sound is good. It came with a remote. It's suppose to play CD's and tapes. The Manual said it could record to a tape. I have not tried these features yet. (I don't know if you can still buy blank tapes.) It was on sale when I bought it.
