“Bad remote control?? My remote has very light gray writing on it. I can barely see. Are all that way or did I get a defective one?”

• Mine is the same light gray writing. I put my remote in freezer bag so that the oils on my hands to not rub off the lettering. I've had mine for 3 years and use daily with no markings being removed. Just a suggestion.

• Mine is the same way, so I think it's normal. Not great for visibility in low light, but it doesn't bother me much.
