• Yes. You can record different clips until the disc is full.

• If you want one long movie without breaks record on regular DVD. If you would like to break them up on DVD use DVD RW disc. I used DVD RW and broke up and you can put titles on them for example Christmas 1993 so that it is mush easier to find what you are looking for. I put up to 6 hours on one disc, I found when recorded on 8 hour mode they got a little grainy.

• Yes, we successfully put more than one VHS tape on a single DVD using this machine.

• If you are doing multiple clips I would get DVD RW if you want them to be in one big long movie without breaks then you can use regular DVD. I used DVD RW so I could put title on each clip for example Christmas 1993 so it is easier to find what you are looking for.
