• There's a usb outlet for the magic jack & when I got my laptop it already had Skype on the desktop.

• It has Skype pre-installed. However i believe you have to pay for Skype. Not sure about Magic Jack.

• Yes magic jack can connect to a computer via USB or they also sell one the connects to your modem by passing the computer.
