QuestionHow many slots?Went to BB today and bought 4 Gigs of memory to go with the 4 that I have. Was told that there was 2 slots which there's not in my C55. Got to reading online and someone had said that Toshiba would have to do it and it could be over $300. Would appreciate any replies.

- Answer If you think you can do this yourself without damaging your laptop, you will need a 0 x 2-1/2 Phillips head screwdriver and a small flat head screwdriver. And watch this video. - Answer The volume is about like any laptop I've ever used, many make claims about enhanced audio but I've not heard one worth bragging about. My cure has always been to add a pair of external speakers for stationary use at home or office (Blue Tooth is handy here) Speakers can be bought for as little as $10.00 and is more than worth it especially for music playing.

QuestionCould it handle printing coupons.com coupons easily?I'm looking for a cheap laptop for me and my son. He likes to play games on pbskids.org and I need to be able to print coupons from coupons.com, that requires Java. It sounds like it's possible, but I really would like to know before making the purchase.

- Answer Open box means someone bought the item... opened the box... and may or may not have used the item... and then returned it to the store. The item is now being sold "open box" because it is not "new" since someone has already "opened the box" and handled the item. You can find GREAT deals that are open box. NO...This is not a "refurbished item". Refurbished items are those items that had trouble and were returned to the manufacturer and have been repaired by the manufacturer and are now being resold. You can choose the "open box" option ONLY if it is available.

- Answer The B5100 model features Windows 8.1 with Bing, which means that Bing is the default search engine within Internet Explorer. Other than that, there is no functional difference between Windows 8.1 and Windows 8.1 with Bing. The B5100 model also features a 4 cell/32Wh lithium ion battery while the B5101 model features a 4 cell/45Wh lithium ion battery. That means that the B5101 model will get a longer battery life rating.
