- Answer I haven't used any of your listed programs, but this thing is not fast even for basic computing. Any data-intensive program is likely to bog this waaaaay down.

- Answer No office suite programs are included. I downloaded Apache OpenOffice, a free program, which includes word processing, spreadsheet, powerpoint, database and drawing components. Get it at www.openoffice.org. It is very similar to the Microsoft software products without the heavy cost.

QuestionWhat type of video card does it have?I got windows 10 on my old pc and I can't record clips or anything like that because my computer doesn't have the right hardware, so I looked at the hardware and it says i need a different video card. I've been looking at this computer for a while now anyway.

- Answer The video CODEC drivers along with the embedded laptop video card are the what allow recording. On laptops the hardware is usually proprietary and unable to be replaced. The 4GB RAM and using Celeron technology makes this machine a bit older and unlikely to be worth the cost to update. Sorry.

QuestionDoes the HD come with a single partition?I hate when a mfg splits the HD into 2 partitions, a stupid idea. Does tis come out of the box with a single partition?

- Answer Hard Drive partitions are a result of limitation with PC software. OR to allow segregation of data with files. IF you desire to have one inclusive HD you will need to ensure the OS can accept using the HD in that fashion. PCs normally do not, Apple does without reservation.

- Answer I have both a Canon and Epson printer networked. They both work fine. I would expect most of the other brands to work well, too.

QuestionIs the Geek Squad able to replace the internal battery for a satellite P55-A5312?My battery says it is charging and it does not charge. I cannot use it for hours after I unplug it and move it into another spot. My laptop is out of warranty, but by only 9 months. The battery only lasted a little over a year.
