• Do you mean anti-virus software? No. Best Buy offers a free six-month Kaspersky or other anti-virus software with the purchase. But, there is plenty of free anti-virus software available online.

• It comes with McAffee products preloaded, with constant reminders to upgrade to the paid version. I deleted McAffee and use the preinstalled Microsoft Defender program, along with a free download version of MalwareBytes. Bitdefender is also a good program available as a free download.

• no it comes in a case with a disc to install on your laptop its really simple and easy to do fast process
