“What type of video card does it have? I got windows 10 on my old pc and I can't record clips or anything like that because my computer doesn't have the right hardware, so I looked at the hardware and it says i need a different video card. I've been looking at this computer for a while now anyway.”

The video CODEC drivers along with the embedded laptop video card are the what allow recording. On laptops the hardware is usually proprietary and unable to be replaced. The 4GB RAM and using Celeron technology makes this machine a bit older and unlikely to be worth the cost to update. Sorry.
