• Yes has decent sounf but i would sdd headphones WiFi or connected and external stereo speaker system as your listening experience will be enhanced greatly

• Yes it is a Windows based laptop plenty of memory and large hard drive great sound and video cards and the store model was fast. External speakers would make it brtter and It is free to down load latest version of iTunes. I highly suggest to all new laptop buyers get an extetnal usb hard drive 1TB or larger
