Why is the volume so. Low? null

The volume is about like any laptop I've ever used, many make claims about enhanced audio but I've not heard one worth bragging about. My cure has always been to add a pair of external speakers for stationary use at home or office (Blue Tooth is handy here) Speakers can be bought for as little as $10.00 and is more than worth it especially for music playing.

Unfortunately, that is just the way the product is. I'm not sure what is up with laptop manufacturers these days but I have found the max volume to be too low on more products than not. My best advise is to use a bluetooth headset or portable speaker, but, that is not an ideal "fix".
