• Yes, any Toshiba computer currently shipping with Windows 8.1 will be eligible for a free Windows 10 upgrade from Microsoft.

• Yes. If you have Geek Squad service, they should be able to help you upgrade to Windows 10 for free. Also, you could try contacting Windows and ask how. Or maybe checking Windows on your computer. Hope that helps.

• Yes, this laptop is eligible for the Windows 10 upgrade. To reserve your copy, either go to Microsoft's website and submit your email address that you used to register the computer with or click on the Windows icon in the lower right corner and submit you upgrade request that way.
