• Yes! You'll have to complete about an hours worth of Windows 8.1 updates that come through, but the FREE upgrade to Windows 10 will pop-up shortly after you have been using the laptop.

• Yes, I had no issues upgrading to Windows 10 only a few days after I received the laptop. Also, I did not have the same mouse pad driver issues that seems to have affected others who upgraded. My mouse pad was working just fine after the W10 upgrade. Strange that some were affected by this and mine was not.

• Yes there is, it will be in the bottom right hand corner where the clock is and the little icon will look like the start-up button click that and reserve your free Windows 10 upgrade.

• Yes. I upgraded mine and the only issue was the mouse pad quit responding. Had to roll back the driver to get it to work. Use the touch screen capabilities to do that.

• Yes, I upgraded to windows 10 as soon as I booted it up. You just click the windows update and select upgrade to windows 10 either immediately or schedule it for later. It will need to download about 3gb of data and the whole process took about 3 hours. Note that this disabled the touchpad, you will need to use the touchscreen to download a new driver from Toshiba's website.
