• It is totally silent, so far. Stays pretty cool. Can get just slightly warm in center back under heavy use. The machine appears to be much faster than I expected. It really moves!

• I don't have the specs in front of me but it processed fast enough to handle word and excel docs just fine. As long as you don't bog it down with bloat ware and tons of apps, it perform fine. I wouldn't recommend it for graphic-intensive gaming - it's not a gaming PC. There was no lag in streaming media.

• I think its very fast considering its only an i3 intel core. it might get slower as you add more applications and use up the storage. also I thinks its a lot quieter than other laptops.
