• It does not come with any of the Microsoft office programs installed, so if you want those you have to buy it or you can also get office for free if you are a student with a school email.

• it does not come with Microsoft office...has a link to get it is all. Microsoft offers a 9.99 a month subscription for office 365 that can be put on 5 PC's and tablets which includes 1TB of cloud storage per each of the 5. Hope this helps.

• Nope - doesn't come with Word or Excel. We bought Office 365 with it.
