• This particular unit with its features seems to be a product of Microsoft and Best Buy cooperation and not a grey market product.. It really has all of the excellent features. This laptop I bought in March 2016 was spanking new. I would recommend a soft protective case for this laptop. I also like to use a cordless laser mouse instead of the touchpad and would recommend it.

• The computer purchased new and sold through Best Buy is not a grey import but US model with US Warranty. If you purchase from anyone else or ebay I can't make such a statement. Best Buy was my best deal and in my case it actually came on sale for a deeper discount, after my initial purchase, and Best Buy honored the lower price as their guarantee promised.
